Mini Man™ dwarf Manchurian viburnum
Viburnum burejaeticum ‘P017S'
Mini Man™ dwarf viburnum is a charming, easy-to-grow shrub. It has the same great features of the species in a compact form. You'll enjoy clusters of yellow-white flowers in the spring, followed by medium-green, felt-like leaves in the summer, and then amber and red fall color with persistent red to blue-black fruit. Native to Russia and northern China, this is an excellent compact shrub for cold climates. Useful in mixed borders and foundation plantings. Introduced by Fort Collins Wholesale Nursery.
Tips from the pros: This dwarf viburnum prefers loam soil, but it will tolerate clay or sandy soil. The flower buds are formed the previous growing season, so if pruning is needed, prune in the early summer shortly after blooming.
